Engine is goosed so I'm changing it. Got all the wiring etc disconnected. Just need to undo the mounts and out she pops.... I hope lol

Just wondering whether I'm best off pulling the whole shebang, gearbox and all or can the gearbox be left in situ?

Pop out the shafts, disconnect exhaust & gear linkage, and lift out the works, it's more akward to try and leave the 'box in situ.then you can build the lot on the floor and then its just a set in job. bolt up the mounts, plug in the engine connector connect up fuel lines and refit exhaust, gear linkage and shafts
