Alreet lads, and ladies,
My 407 is booked into main dealers for its 60k service, what should i expect to be changed or inspected?
Its the first time i have booked a car into a garage for a service and a bit unsure what to expect, i normally do the servicing myself.

From my book, this must be it's third 20k or 2 year service. (I note the 1.6 HDi has a 12k interval.)

Checks inside the vehicle (horn, parking brake, etc.)
Checks underneath the vehicle, including:
- safety checks (brakes, steering, etc.)
- environmental checks (leaks from the circuits, from the gearbox, etc.)
Checks around the vehicle (condition of the tyres, of the headlams and lights, etc.)
Checks under the bonnet , including topping-up the fluids if necessary (washer fluid, brake fluid, etc.)
Checks to comply with the legislation in force in each country (excluding the statutory vehicle test)
Diagnostics of the ECUs
Bleed the diesel fuel filter
Change the engine oil
Replace the oil filter
Update the service indicator
Test of the vehicle
Additionally: every 40k
Replace the diesel fuel filter
Replace the air filter

Every 80k:
Additive for vehicles fitted with a particle emission filter.

2 years:
Replace the brake fluid
Replace the passenger compartment air filter

Cam belt at 90k or 10 years.

DPF replaced at 110k
