Hi,

My 5008 RHS rear seat has come off its runners when I was lifting upwards into position. It now wont go fully up or down. Does anyone know how to either get it back onto its runners, or how to remove the seat so i can try and put it back together whilst off the car. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't know if it still relevant or not, but will post it here anyway in a hope that it might be useful...

So I have the same problem. It happened very first time I wanted to take the seat out and pulled the black rope instead of red. It just jumped out of rolls! With a difficulty, by pulling locks on both sides downwards I could bring it to a semi-flat position and take it out. The dealer told that it is not possible to put the rolls into position anymore. He also confirmed that some other people had the same problem... Perhaps it is a design/manufacturing problem. Luckily I still have a new car warranty and he ordered a replacement seat. I have to go there again in a week to get it replaced.

Hello. Did you ever find a solution to this problem? The same thing has happened one of my rear seats.
