My Peugeot App has indicated a firmware and Sat Nav Maps update available. After getting a link set, downloading the update app and after trying numerous USD drives, full formattting, quick formatting changing usb inputs I eventually got the updates to download onto usb. I have now started the update and it has failed. No touchscreen system now working on car. I have attempted this numerous times and on each occasions it fails (sitting with car running as prescribed). How down I resolve this ?

Did you deactivate stop/start from the car's menu before you started the upgrade? Does it fail at the same point each time? Also if you use Apple Mac; normally you have to use a app like 'clean-my-drive' to clear off hidden junk files from the USB drive which can stop the upgrade from working properly.
