If I drive ay 80mph in my 407 the Diesel Particle filter risk of being blocked warning comes on.

Eventually The engine management light comes on.
If I slow down to around 50mph the lights will go off but If I then speed up to 70mph the Diesel Filter comed back on.
If I leave the car for a few hours I can drive the car fine up to 75mph and only if I drive at 80mph do I have any problems.

Filter probably is partially blocked and the extra revs to do 80mph are making the differential pressure sensor send back the blocked reading.

Its best not to admit to breaking the speed limit on a public forum big brother nanny state and all that :)

Actually it is in the states.

Anyway. believe there is a crack in DPF as there is a lot lot of soot.

I can get a replacement DPF or delete it.

ECU coding will obviously be the big problem.
There are peugeot dealers in Mexico.

Fuel cap has a sensor that is part of the Eolys injection system. When you fill up the open fuel cap triggers an injection of Eolys fluid. Check the sensor is plugged in and working, I suspect the regeneration cycle (injection of the Eolys fluid) may not work with it being reported faulty. Is the fuel cap original or replaced?

cap should have 2 magnets in it, have you checked them ??

Cars idling rough. Clutch has vibration.
Might also need alignment.
Definitely tempted to go to Mexico to the nearest peugeot dealer any advice?
