407 2.0HDI cranks but won't start

Yeah thanks mate, PP2000 didn't seem to give us much to go on that would stop the car starting, laptop has been completely reloaded with windows 10 and trying diagbox on vmware win7 32 bit.
The owner is looking at getting a replacement relay for the glow plugs if just to rule it out.
If its the glow plugs themselves its beyond what I'm prepared to do on it.
Where is the turbo pressure sensor? Last time I did peugeots it was the old school 1.9 mech pump type lol
When you get Diagbox installed there is a feature to activate relays and actuators. You can force the relays to ‘click’ as a way try if they work.
I honestly don’t believe that you preheat circuit is your problem though.
