WE HAVE A 2012 308 CC WITH 55K ON THE CLOCK. THE CAR BATTERY GOES FLAT
LOSING CHARGE OVER 3/4 DAYS.
A NEW BATTERY WAS FITTED JUST OVER A MONTH AGO BECAUSE OF THIS AND IS STILL LOOSING CHARGE AT THE SAME RATE,
THE ALTERNATOR WAS TESTED VIA A PLUG IN TESTER INTO THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER AND IT SHOWED A CHARGE RATE OF 14-8 WHILST BEING DRIVEN.
IN VIEW OF THIS LIMITED INFO' ANY IDEAS WOULD BE VERY WELCOME.

Thanks for you kind response. As soon as we get an opportunity I will try to get to an auto electrician.Sadly in the present climate that may not be too easy.
Cheers

Do it yourself you can pick up a basic voltmeter for 10er and plenty of vids on YouTube showing how to check for parasitic draw I noticed halfords are open to the general public so anything you need they should have. Once you have established this is the case which it mire than likely is we can go from there could be as simple as boot light not shutting of or something else like bad wiring.
