308 brake light replacement

Thanks mate. Yes, the actual brake light - the permanent LEDs that are built into the light unit (not a replaceable screw out bulb).

Ignore the washing machine in the boot, but you can see the RHS light is much more dim in this pic.

If no one has pulled the clusters apart, I assume it’s a full tail light replacement for the 308 if the brake light LEDs fail?

Your guess is as good as mine - i imagine the units are designed to be a full replacement as you suggest - unless someone on this forum knows otherwise.
I imagine they wont be cheap either - I think that's the right one using this website for the id number - Peugeot

I'm presuming your high level brake light is ok and we're talking about the body brake-light cluster units? I've not had to replace mine as yet but normally there are either clips on the unit to separate the lens from the back or the bulbs simply twist out. Perhaps if you post pictures it may help people with being able to offer advice further.
