My motors just touched 70k on the clocks and from what i can find out its never had the cam belt done. I'd rather change now and the water pump within a full service but struggling to find a decent, reliable mechanic in the midlands area that won't rip me off.
I'm considering doing it myself but as this is my main car and never tackled anything like this before , i'm worried 'll get stuck and can't get to work.
Has anyone changed a cam belt on these (307cc 08 plate 2.0 petrol) or can recommend a decent mechanic local to the midlands.
