Hi,
I have just bought a 2007 307 HDI and after two wheel alignments
it still pulls to the left......and ideas

Try swapping wheels around, brother in law had same issue with a brand new civic type r took it back to dealers they moved wheels around and problem sorted.
Possibly warn suspension/steering components, brakes binding.
Other than that try a different place for having it tracked.

Look at the track rods are they the same length. No unknown for rack not to be centred and steering wheel moved on splines to get alignment right by some muppet garages/fitters. You can get the tracking spot on but the miss aligned rack causes the car to pull to one side.

Also if road has a large camber car will drift to curb

You can't move the steering Wheel on a 307 because some splines are missing.
Misalignment of the rack will only result in steering wheel being out of alignment, even if you turn one track rod 10 turns in and the other 10 turns out, it won't affect steering as long as the distance between the track rods are correct. Of course you won't be able to turn as much to one side as the other, but that's a different story.
