I need a flange type towbar for a bike carrier. can collect from surrey/middlesex
area. must be good for 70kg (s) nose weight.

Check out the web for towbar and trailer suppliers. A decent one shouldn't set you back too much, and a new one won't have anything missing, and will come with instructions.
