Our 2002 307 SW has the problem that after indicating right, when you straighten up, the indicator stalk overshoots and starts indicating left.
This, we found out, is a factory/design fault. But we only found out once the car was out of warranty. We first noticed the problem when the car was new, but every service time, the dealer kept saying nothing was wrong. Then a couple of years back, I asked at another dealership. They said, yes, it was a design fault, but because we didn't get it fixed during the warranty period, we would have to pay for a new stalk - EUR 240 plus labour!
So... does anyone have any tweaks or fixes? Say, bend a bit here, whack with a hammer there, dust off and nuke the whole thing from orbit (just to be sure)?
We can live it, but it can be annoying.
