Hi there I seem to have a abs issue

First of all the car is 307 Hdi rhs 110bhp on a 53 reg
Abs light is off when you start the car but after 1 or 2 mins of driving it comes on braking fault with flashing stop and the speedo dies.

Scanning with pp2000

C1326 -
U1305

When I click on abs esp ecu to try and clear I get
Incorrect matching of the ecu (incorrect engine system or vehicle got a correct ecu ) and then returns to global scan page

Then I went to built in systems interface - active safety
And scanned it

Came up with rear left wheel speed sensor coherence - permanent

So next I went to parameter measurements and whilst drive I get a speed on the other sensor but on rear left wheel speed sensor I get 0kph

Was wondering if I purchase a abs sensor and fit it and hoping it would cure it or would I need to buy a abs ecu aswell ?

Thanks
Any help appreciated

I've read many many threads where all that was required was to remove the offending sensor, clean away all the rust and refit the sensor with the correct gap. You may not need to replace the sensor.

It is usually the sensor has a build up of rust behind it that pushs it away from pick up (the bearing).

Just take off and try and put a packer in between to twist sensor closer.look at the other sensor that does work.

Then go into live data and spin wheel to see if works.

if the speedo dies its either losing read with the front left sensor or theres something wrong with the abs ecu

why dont you disconnect it and spray it with some grease. its under the front left wheel arch

it will the sensor is such a fine tolerance it needs to be in the correct place

if the clips broken replace it. there about a tenner.

make sure all rust is gone

i noticed on my 54 plate 307 they have changed the design thank the lord:thumb:

307 Hdi

Hi having changed the sensor I still have the abs fault appearing

Putting back on the parameter measurements

And drive it what's happens is that both rear wheels the speed will be say 7 and then drops to 0 and then back up to 7 where as the front ones are constantly 7

Now on the Abs the fault code I am getting is intermittent fault solenoid valves supply relay and idea. What can anyone suggest.

I have been reading about some big fuses under the fuse box mf3 etc

Thanks

Hi

Hi my faults seem to have changed now here's and update

I no longer have the stop light flashing now it's just the abs light stuck on speedo works fine etc

So now abs light on speedo works so I can rescanned it and I am now getting

Rear left wheel speed sensor - coherence
Rear right wheel speed sensor - coherence

Then with parameter measurements

Rear right and rear left sensor are stuck on 655kph which is obviously wrong any help appreciated is it the gaps or wiring thanks
