Hi all
A year ago or so, my 307 hdi (2003 model) used to return 53 mpg on motorways, but now just about manages 44 ish. The car is serviced regularly, and drives really well except for what seems to be a little less power on hills than it used to produce.

Any ideas please would be most usefull, I'm not that used to diesels and their little ways.

Cheers,steve

Double check things like air hoses i.e turbo feed, intercooler and boost pipe and make sure there isnt any cuts in them as they can draw excess air and affect performance, is there any excess black smoke by any chance?

Thanks for the input, no black smoke apparent, but I'll certainly check out the other stuff.
Cheers
