Hi, might be a simple answer but I bought a cheap OBDii reader that works on other cars I've tested, just not my 2003 307 2.0 HDI 90. I see some others have their OBDii working in a same year car, is mine different in some way ?

Most diesels of that age do not support OBDII as it was only mandatory on petrol engines.

Planet/Diagbox or a high end code reader will be your only option

2004 is when diesel vehicles had to be OBD compliant.

Your vehicle just isnt compatible with your code reader.

What reg is it? I'm sure my 52 plate 307 was compliant, I think my mechanic said something about it.

Ah okay. It could be a setting or something you have to do to make the scanner suitable for older cars. I'm fairly sure my 307 was suitable for OBDii. Mines the 110 hp engine, same as yours just with a turbo.
