I have been having running problems with the turbo not kicking in properly and "choking" under load.

I had a faulty MAF and replaced it with a brand new Siemens VDO one today however this made the problem exponentially worse. The car now "chokes" and rev's very slowly and roughly up to around 2500rpm then kicks out a load of smoke. However if i disconnect the MAF it runs absolutley fine.

I have tried 3 different MAF's so obviously not that.

I have noticed in love readings the OCR Electro EGR reading stays at 95% constantly but with the MAF disconnected stays at 5%.

I'm not that knowledgable so just giving the information i "think" is relevant.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

I have PP so can provide further info if anyone feels like helping.
