I am thinking about buying a 306 as my first car. I live in Australia, so any repairs that have to be done will cost more to get the parts in (assumingly)
I am looking at two 306's, both two door 94/95 that have done 150,000k's (one is XR, i forget the other one)
Just as a guide, how common is it for cars like these to need repairs (parts replacements etc.) and when they get repaired, how deep would I have to reach into my pockets for common problems?
Also - I am a complete car noob, but I am also very willing to learn. With the help of sites like this, and books, how hard would it be to learn how to do repairs and services myself.
