I have a couple of dead seals and will be replacing all seals on all cylinders, the injectors that came out were caked with carbon so were the walls of the ports.

Is there a proper procedure for cleaning the lining of the ports and seats? And do I need to be concerned about the small bits of debris falling into the combustion chamber and getting into the turbo?
