Hi,
In my possession I have a 2005 Pug 206cc (1.6L @ 70,000miles) which my daughter bought recently. I'm starting to wish she hadn't bothered if I'm honest! I've done the plugs, all new filters (apart from fuel), oil & a full set of new brakes, full refresh.
I picked the car up from the garage after fitting a new clutch a couple of days ago & it ran like a champ. I'd say its ready to have a lifetime of abuse from a teenage girl at this stage (first car)!
Anyway, I digress. I went to start the car yesterday, to do my final checks but it just will not start -
I'm stuck really at this stage. I'm thinking along the lines of a fuel pump fault (or relay?). I may be barking up the wrong tree but hey, that's why I'm here begging for assistance from you lovely clued up Peugeot experts! I'm traditionally a VAG man & know my way around them, Peugeots seem quite alien to me.
Thanks in advance for even reading this.

- The engine turns over freely & without any struggle or hesitation.
- The ECU is responding/connecting to my handheld ODB reader. No faults present to clear.
- The key is being recognized by the BSI as it beeps if you leave the key in the ignition & open the door.
- The battery has recently been changed so it is full of charge.
- I have performed the BSI reset just incase there was a immobilizer relay not latched.
- Economy Mode Active displayed, battery changed yesterday as per BSI instructions found on these forums.
