Can anyone help me, I've got a 51 plate 206.
When the engine is idling if i'm in heavy traffic or waiting at lights the car temperature gauge starts to go up. Sometimes I can be sat at the traffic lights or in heaving traffic for less that 5 minutes and the temperature gauge goes up and the fan kicks in.
If the roads are busy this can happen three or four times a day. Every time I've taken it to the peugeot dealership they have said that there is nothing wrong with it.
I've asked them a number of times to put it on diagnostic and they keep saying there is no need there is nothing wrong with it.
The last 106 I had never did this, am sure there is something wrong with it anyone else had this problem
