Good afternoon all, hope your all well, I've been having problems starting my car after journeys, usually turning the key car turns over but then stops, few hours later the car starts normally.

Fault code comes up as P1694 short circuit to postive on the starting control or DAMP (controlled engine starting and stopping fault)
Can anyone help please?
