Found that there is two different types of bosch injectors for the same engine code for my / this engine type
0445 110075
0445 110135

Whats the difference ? working pressure ?

I was really looking to see if I need to code? these with PP when I replace my assume drippy injectors ?
Just that when I looked at PP one injector has a totally different number that the others ? I assume past warranty repair ? injector seals before my ownership

with my donor parts ... do I just put them in and hope it starts ?
Or do I need to reset any info off new injectors into PP ?

Before I owned PP and I replaced the copper washers a couple of years ago I just kept them in order ( I think only human) and refitted them and it ran okay well got rid of that chuffing and black diamond coal from the engine

So new parts... bung them in and start engine ? no messing with PC's ?

At that age i believe plug and play mate.
But no harm taking the number down just in case, and what cylinder you put it in.

Yes that's my plan when I come to repair it no garage so driveway fix
Its running okay in this cold damp air
Poor mans Carbon cleaning ? on a long run out ?

I just wish it was as easy as other engines, take cover off and straight at them but :nono:

Seen some recondition shops stating no code required so just thought I would double check with the people whom repair them dirty hands on

Coding is for the fuel refinement maps to run the correct fueling it has nothing to do with whether it will start or not but regardless of that yours are not coded :)

When I was in gubbings yesterday I discovered my injector numbers

Sods law

The donor parts I got where 0445 110075 ( from a same year 307 1.4HDI )
I need 0445 110135 .... well that's whats fitted ? popular on C3 engines

Anybody know what is the difference ? is it size ? which I doubt ?
Must be internal working pressure ? or nozzle size relating to BHP ?

Strange both are listed for the 68 BHP (50KW) 8HZ engine but can't see any difference in the spec.

Maybe work checking on servicebox it maybe they are interchangeable like the old 2.0 engine they changed the replacement part number to the same for both the 90 and 110 bhp engine but originally they listed separate part numbers

I am not the best with Pug Planet
I think mine is a really old spec 7.57 ?

I was wondering if I could switch a setting / spec type

Really looking for info on crankshaft sensor
as in another post ... my live data doesn't recognise true engine speed
750rpm on the dash and PP says its 4000-7000 rpm no where near true figure

Must be operating pressure as servicebox shows a change over RPO number for injector, HP pump (from CP3 to CP1H) and ECU.

Any thoughts on live data with engine speed

Is this the norm with clone software ... it doesn't recognise true data

Thinking of buying a genuine crankshaft sensor £30 20 quid euro ?
Anybody had success with a 10 quid ebay sensor ?

If the rev counter shows the correct value and car is running ok.

I would think its a bug in planet. Have you tried using diagbox and used the live data option in that to see if it shows correct info
