Good morning,

I am hoping someone can help, I have attempted to do the timing belt on my father in laws 307 and got as far as locking off the engine. Did the cams no problem went to do the flywheel/crank and three of us could not find the hole to lock the flywheel. Is there something we are missing?

I was debating removing the oil filter housing and going in through the plastic capped hole but this would also require a new gasket at a guess.

If the car was a manual I would use the gearbox to lock the crank but as it's auto, this doesn't work.

Any pointers on where/how to lock the flywheel/crank would be greatly appreciated.
