Hi;
I'm interested in changing the bulbs in my rear clusters but I want brighter lights so they show through a bit better.
As standard the car comes with incandescent bulbs and I have already changed the front for 'brighter' incandescents but now I want to know what's best for the rear?

I've looked at LED but people say there illigaly unless fitted as standard, also that I'd need a resistor?
Any thoughts & opinions

Thanks

A set of later phase 2 rear lights look best on a 206 - no need to change the bulbs as the phase 2 lights are bright enough.

There plug & play to.

These are the ones I have currently, but it can be difficult to see the lights especially in the day

There phase 1 rear lights.

The phase 2 rear lights where late 2003 onwards - they look like this & offer better light output as standard.
