Hi all,

I have a 2001 2.0 JTD 16V Fiat Ulysse... as you are no doubt aware, these are the same as the Peugeot 806.

The issue I have have is for some time now, I have had to keep topping up the water on her.

The Head Gasket is fine and thought it to be leaking water from, most likely, a hose, somewhere.

Anyway, Yesterday, came home from a run, temp below 90 (less than have way on the gauge as is normal - no overheating).

Steam coming from the engine and water in the gutter of the road.

Tops it up and bleeds it and starts engine. Water peeing out underneath. Took a video as best as I can.

**** EDIT: Forgot to add that water didn't appear to leak while topping it up (a lot of topping up)... it only occurred when the engine was ticking over. ****

I know it is a long shot and that the car would have to be viewed, but anyone, from the video footage, know where it maybe leaking from, please?

There is an issue with blue smoke on start up and pouring out (from exhaust) when standing with engine ticking over ie: traffic lights/jam.

Are there any mechanics near Port Talbot, South Wales on here, by any chance?

Your help is appreciated on the water issue.

I will edit this post with a link to the video in several minutes.

Always change Water Pump the same time as the Timing and Alternator belt (and pullies/tensioners) and always 'Gates'... doesn't mean that it's not the Water Pump, I know.

Changed about 18 Months ago. Aux heater... the Heater Matrix?

Water pump is possible culprit especially if its done more than 90k miles but it can leak from the cooler pipes at the oil cooler and various other places including the heater pipes EGR cooler pipes the plastic housing on the side of the head the list is endless.

**** UPDATE ****

Mobile mechanic called Yesterday... big split in a water hose that comes from the side of the Thermostat Housing and goes to the EGR Cooler.

Part is discontinued, so will have to make one.
