hey, i have had my standard cassette player on my 1995 106 XR changed to an Alpine unit using the fascia adapter and it leans forward at the top quite alot. the people who installed it fiddled with it for ages but it seemed to want to sit in this position no matter what they tried. They have suggested they may have to trim the back of the fascia adapter to make it sit back at the top more.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Cheers.

It is possible that your new head unit is deeper than the existing one, therefore the space to the rear of the head unit isnt big enough, for the cables/connections etc.
