handle sensor

Hello there! The sensor from the external door handle from my left front door is not working anymore. Anyone with the same problem? Any fix? What is the manufacturer reference of this item with chrome finish ? My car is a peugeot 308 sw bluehdi 1.6 120cv from 2016.
