Default peugeot partner 1.6HDI - Black Smoke

Fitted replacement engine to this vehicle 57 Plate. Has too much power and emits black smoke - Sent in to Peugeot specialist who diagnosed turbo to big so new correct turbo fitted plus new EGR valve . Still loads too much power and emitting black smoke when accelerating ANY IDEAS PLEASE.

try change air filter
