Default peugeot expert clocks

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi new to the forum but would like some help.....
Changed the clocks in my van because temp gauge was not working and all sorted but had a few clock light bulbs out on the new ones, so disconected the new ones to replace bulbs but forgot to switch the ignition off, now when refit have got no fuel gauge, temp gauge, speedo or stop lights only light there is, is the battery light but on the plus side all the clock lights work is there a chance it is just sent a fault code to the ecu and just needs a reset for them to work againcannot find any blowen fuses and also pluged old clocks back in but is the same so it is a problem with the van (2004 HDI)
