Default limp mode

good morning. this is my first post. i have 2007 partner which goes into limp mode. The peugeot mechanic doesn't give me codes and says it may be the pump. Needle and seat inside pump>? The rev counter is not working either. I have little cash and have spent a fortune on trying to get this vehicle to go. I keep paying for diagnostics and nothing happens. Do i set this mother alight and just write it off?

I would have suggested a local member puts Planet diagnostics on for you to get the codes and live data but where you are there probably isn't anyone on here nearby! Anyway, that would be the first thing I would do. If you can get the codes that would give people some pointers, live data is even better.
