Default fuel pump ecu wire location help?

Good morning all,
Well with over year of trouble with my 2006 expert hdi finally getting somewhere.
Repaired broken engine coolant temperature sensor wire thanks to this forum and touch wood a new garage yesterday changed fuel pump as old one was knackered.

Now only problem that remains is p1517 anti start and engine management light comes back on after engine started.
Now to go back a bit, when fuel pump problem started, local garage by looks of the wiring done little rewire at ecu which looks like a forced voltage to fuel pump.
it is a 3 plug ecu and plug a has a wire soldered to a existing wire then joins to a white wire which looks like it would have been connected to one of the ecu adapters before.

Therefore could I ask if I am on the right track, what would have been factory location in which ecu plug of this white wire?
IM thinking that the error being displayed as the wire is no longer connected to ecu and it looking for info it not getting?
Thank you so much for your help

Bit more of accurate information as just spoke to auto Electrician who did the small wiring change.
The white wire is the ignition wire, therefore, does anybody know the position that needs to be on ecu pretty please?
3 plug type Bosch ecu and IM assuming it would be somewhere on middle plug, plug B
Big big thank you
