Default ECU-camshaft sensor signal

2.0hdi DW10,RHZ engine

The camshaft position sensor

Electrical features.
Air and fuel supply:injection ECU.
Allocation of the connector channels :
 Channel 1:5 volts supply.
 Channel 2:Signal.
 Channel 3:Earth.
The voltage slots are between 0 and 5 volts.
Signal emitted :
 Presence of metal earth opposite the sensor:0 volt.
 Absence of metal earth opposite the sensor:5 volts.

Allocation of the connector channels

11 Input:air temperature sensor (flowmeter)
12 5 volt output:sensor supply
13 Input:air flow signal (flowmeter)
14 Input:engine speed sensor signal
15 Input:accelerator pedal sensor signal
16 ---
17 ---
18 Input:camshaft sensor signal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
19 Input:vehicle speed (vehicle speed sensor)
20 ---
21-22 ---
23 Output:engine coolant temperature information (gauge and warning lamp in the instrument panel)
24 ---
25 Output:control of fan unit group 1 ........

to me from ECU channel 18 switching on the ignition comes out 12 volt!!!
it is a signal channel of the input 5v but no output 12v!?
where's the problem? replaces another ECU, no change...
