Default Aux belt tensioner replaced, close but no cigar. Help?

Since having my alternator replaced a couple of months ago, there's been a squeak coming from the aux belt/related tensioners. Also sounded dog rough when cold, sort of rattling noise....not nice. Anyhow, got round to replacing the auto belt tensioner today. It's miles better, quieter at idle and doesn't squeak as much, but it's still there when under load at low RPMs albeit over a narrower range. What's my next port of call? Idler pulleys? I was so excited to drive a nice quiet van today and it's just a bit disappointing! Thanks
