Default 2008 E7 CV Joint.

Ok folks, I have my offside CV joint clicking when on near enough full lock so obviously it's getting a bit worn. Question....Are the nearside and offside CV joints the same as I have a spare nearside one and can the CV joint be separated from the driveshaft?

Yes to both but you really need 1 of those clamp on tools to get them off on the van as you cant get a good hit with a hammer to release the circlip

No worries, I've put up with the clicking for a month now, another wee while won't hurt.
