Default Why is the forum time OFF.

Seems that time is wrong.

looks correct to me where is everybody looking ? Scroll to the bottom its showing the correct time

Showing the right time for me too.

In fairness, it does read 04.13 pm and guess it should say 4.13 pm or 14.13.

You cab choose your preference between 12 hr or 24hr ubder the change options in the user control panel.
