Default Privacy settings: iPhone browsing

Hi,
Over the last few days, every time I've attempted to browse the forum from my iPhone (7+ using iOS 11.3), using Safari and any other type of browser, a message keeps appearing mandating me to agree to the site and its partners using my data to tailor and personalise ads.

this isn't something I want to agree to so when I pick 'No' - see screenshots - I then get another message to say that I may see ads that are less relevant (Agree or Back). The I hit the Back button the first message re-appears.

Having trawled this site using my computer, there doesn't seem to be an option to change my choice in your privacy centre, because there don't seem to be any links to it anywhere. The only thing I've found is 'Privacy Policy', which doesn't seem to be clear.

Can anyone help please as I can no longer use this forum on my phone.

Many thanks.

It's on our end, not yours. There is an exploit with Apple devices and some site that's allowing the popups in. They sneak in through the regular communication that places regular ads here.

We're working on it, and for the short term, if you report the link that it takes you to, I can put a specific block so at least that link shouldn't come back.

Thanks Ed. The message came up again this morning but on my Mac. There wasn't any specific URL though.

Hey there,

I believe you have to click "ok" afterward and you'll be able to locate the URL.
Also, grab me a screenshot as well, that'll be great

Thanks!
