It is very unlikely your ECU is broke !!

Planet CANNOT remove the immobiliser it can reactivate the system though

If the immobiliser is the issue then planet can fix it but you need a 4 digit access code to recode the keys its on a credit card with a scratch off panel

Immobilisers do not just come on they activate EVERY TIME the key is removed and when the system is working properly the immobiliser is deactivated when key is turned on automatically it does not lock you out unless the key is not being read properly.

Before you even do that check the wiring connection under the drivers side carpet as this can cause the same issue.

Hey!

Unfortunately ECU is broken. Mechanican has moved all working parts from exactly similar car and car wount still idle steady.
Car does start with old ECU, but wount start with new one. I would like to pass immobilizer, If i order pp2000kit tool can I pass it with that? And If i can how it will happen?

Still doubt its the ecu

NO planet cannot do what you want to do

best option is to get a ECU BSI AND KEY from a running car and transfer it all but I think you may be wasting your time I have only ever seen 1 broken ecu in many years of fixing peugeots
