Exclamation 308 fault message

A message has popped up on the screen risk of filter blockage there is no loss of power but any ideas on how I can clear the message and to what the message refers to just serviced the car all filters have been changed the car is a 308 1.6 hdi any help please

I'd hazard a guess at it referring to the DPF

Thumbs up DPF message.

My guess is that you drive around town on short, slow journeys for most of the time, this chokes up the Diesel Particulate Filter in the exhaust system with soot, before it gets solid drive the car at a " goodly pace" along a motorway or bypass for 10 miles or so or for at least 20 minutes, this will give the DPF time to heat up and burn out the soot, (cheaper than having it cleaned, ) if you do this on a regular basis, say twice a month it will keep the system clear.
I know this info is very basic but not everyone knows it.!
