Default 207 Gt 150 Thp 2007 48k

Hi I have the above ,and it won't start, the error that it comes up with is as below, the spark plugs have been changed along with the cam sensor and temp sensor.

I know the early engines have issues with the timing chain stretching ,the garage has it at the mo ,I have mentioned the timing chain ,he thinks it's more electrical?

Any ideas please ?

Thanks in advance

Lisajo

you need to provide more information.

a no start could be anything from flat battery, immobiliser fault to even a faulty earth.

any fault codes?

Hi Thanks for coming back ,the Ecu is showing two permanent faults

Control thermostat consistency or open circuit.

Inlet cylinder sensor signal coherence.

The car run fine ,but has always taken 6-7 turns to start ,then it wouldn't start at all.

If I turned it over on the starter motor in gear it eventually would start.

The car is showing de pollution warning and rear fog warning .

Hope this gives you more info .

Thanks in advance
Lisa

inlet cam position sensor probably first as its fairly cheap.

if not, i would imagine it is timing related. get them to verify the timing if the sensor doesnt help.

clear the codes, drive it (if you can) and see which error comes back first
