Default stearing fluid spill ?

hello,

I have just noticed that the cap of the stearing fluid is greasy... i have always felt that the stearing was quite heavy. from what i have red : engine oil is leaking into the stearing fluid... but i must be very little cause i don't see it drop in 10.000km... can anybody tell me what part i need and what i need to do ?
