Default Petrol smell on Partner Tepee

Our Tepee is just 3 months old.
Over the last couple of weeks there has been, on 2 or 3 occasions, a very strong smell of petrol when starting the engine. The smell goes away when moving and the car runs okay.
Took it to the supplying dealer who checked the fuel system from end to end but can find no signs of any leaks.
Has anyone else had this problem or any idea what might be wrong.
The dealer was very helpful but seems a bit stumped at the moment.
They have said they will have it back in for testing.
Many thanks
