Default Partner tepee outdoor 11 Front Strut top mount change

Hi,
I was taking out one of the front struts today, when I disconnected the strut from the wheel assembly, the wheel assembly dropped down a bit. When it was down, some oil came out from the seal for the drive shaft. As soon as I lifted it up the oil stopped. For me this does not seem normal, but I would be grateful for
any advice or to tell me where I went wrong.
Thanks

Yep Expert does the same especially the n/s one. Always happened when changing the lower wishbone. IIRC the inner driveshaft joint is spring loaded and tends to pop out a bit when the suspension is dropped. When back to normal the shaft goes back into position and seals up again.
