Default Does anyone know what this is?

I have a 2011 partner van. I found this under my seat when I first bought the van hoping it would become apparent at some point what it was but I'm still stumped a year later.

Is it even from my van?

Looks a bit like an external mirror back plate. Or a light cluster bulb holder? Not sure.

Its for removing the wheel trims. Just hook it through the air slot and pull the trim off.
Originally it would have been part of a kit including the jack, wheel brace, a plastic wedge (to stop the car rolling whilst on the jack). The kit would have been stored under one of the front seat compartments.

Beat me to it! That is indeed what the metal part is for. The plastic bit I assume clips on somewhere to keep all tidy.
