Default Cv joint or wheel bearing

Got a weird problem, when road was wet abs light would come on and then go off when dry, but then it was on all the time and breaks would start to judder, so had the brakes pads and disks replaced. Worked great for a few days then back to brakes juddering, so was put on a computer who said abs drivers side, it was cleaned and so was abs ring, worked great for a few miles then abs and juddering came back.

Got told to change abs ring, but can only find the rear ones, I think I need a new c.v joint but the mechanic says wheel bearing

It's a 59 plate 1.6 hit diesel

What do you think cv or wheel bearing

Thanks for the help

If it's the same set up as the Expert then the ABS ring is in the bearing. I know that's not much help but maybe someone else will know for sure.
