Default Bad running 2.0hdi

When I start the car it runs ok but driving it coughs and splutters.
It has got an egr blank in , so is there something I have not done ie; not deleted from ECU or do I just unplug the electrovalve.
When I checked with planet it said fuel pressure coherence and egr out of measurement, when I cleared the faults came back no faults stopped engine and checked again engine off and on still clear.

Tickover is fine , revving the engine it revs ok but obviously no load. Get it above 2000 revs when driving it seems to smooth out until you come off the pedal slightly.
When it splutters a EML comes on green and sometimes yellow, but I find no reference in Planet as it doesn't store the problem.
Should I check that the throttle position sensor is working right.

Somebody is going to tell me I need live data well if I knew what sensor data I was looking for I would know where to start.
On PP2000 I can only tick 6 boxes at a time so I need to know which ones.
Last weekend went Essex and back round trip 401 miles no problem.
So some ideas please.
Thank you

Could a be as simple as a blocked fuel filter? When was it last changed?

About 2000 miles ago if that.
Will check all fuel pipes though as it mucked about when I changed the filter last time.

Thanks for the reply.
