Chopper never heard of advertising? Motor Sport is one big hoarding.

I have heard of advertising, and this isn't it.

The 205 T16 came along many years after the 205 and GTi were already established best sellers, so they cocked that up as well. If they were really worried about advertising they'd have state in F1 with the world's biggest motorsport audience.

F1 is a waste of money for Peugeot they will never see any real return on investment pikes peak on the other hand shows the man on the street what they are capable of and they are good at making small cars go ridiculously fast

The man in the street can relate to the pikes peak car better than any F1 car.

I agree its a waste of money in a time when plants are struggling but its a more worthwhile waste of money than throwing it at F1.
