FAO Craig, got your pm, but cannot reply to it, your pm box must be full.

In answer to your question, no I did not need the brake pedal switch, it just worked plug and play. The switch is located in the passenger footwell, if it only has 2 wires coming out of it you will need a new one.

The switch looks like this, if it has 4 wires coming from the loom, it's the right one Brake Light Switch for Peugeot 407 2004-2010 | eBay

What does it look like if it only has 2 wires coming from the loom? ... Cheers, Craig

It's the same switch, it looks like that, just 4 wires on the plug instead of 2. Does your cruise control work?

Ahh I'm gonna strip it down again tonight and have a look, and I don't no as of yet if it works unable to test but iv tested my stalk and Paz's in my Car and the same fault is coming up, it's fault code 0565... If that's any help?
