Default Socket sets

Hey guys need some advice on socket set brands and kinda review if you have any or used the ones below

with me doing more work at home the brothers garage is about 18miles away and with him doing more work I cant get into his garage till late on at night so am going to buy a socket set but want something that's good, I have 1/4 that I use for small jobs its a snap on set that was give to me a few years ago and come in handy as I keep this in the boot I also have teng tools screw driver set that also had allen and hex bits this was also give to me.

I do have a few 1/2 bits but not from the same brand mixed that's in a box,

am been looking at ECP and they have a 28 piece 1/2 for 55.
MASTERPRO 28 piece 1/2 drive socket set 72 Teeth R

it goes from 8mm to 24mm with 27mm 30mm 32mm
looks ok but not sure if the brand is any good? fella at ECP told me they are good but they would tell you that lol

next one is a 90 piece 1/2 & 1/4 for 80
MASTERPRO 90 piece 1/2 and 1/4 drive tool kit

this would take out my snap on 1/4 set and let me work out of one box but does not have 20, 23, 30, 32 sockets.

I was also looking at the Halfords ones but there are so many to pick I would be lost i don't want to spend too much as i may only be using them for the odd job at home so don't want to sink too much money but if i must then
i will do it, so the question is guys what would you get any reviews on the master pro range would be great,

my brother uses Halfords range and cant fault them well apart from few ratchet bars and spanners that broke.

94PC 1/2" & 1/4" SOCKET SCREWDRIVER TOOL TORX BITS SET | eBay

Bought a set the same as this a few years ago from Lidl. Great set. Has a very good range of sockets in both 1/2" and 1/4" including deep sockets. Only problems so far, the plastic hinge will eventually break and my 1/4" ratchet has finally given up but is has been used extensively for the last few years. Well worth it for the price.

I would go for the Halfords you can get a good discount with the trade card or wait for the odd offer.

They are good with the lifetime warranty as well. They have replaced one ratchet wrench and ratchet spanner that I managed to break (No I did not have a piece of pipe on them to get more leverage honest)
