Default Screwfix

Just come back from Screwfix in Chester.

Log splitter - 9.99 in Screwfix. The same item by the same manufacturer,22.96 in B&Q.

Screwfix do loads of stuff work clothing, electric tools etc - they sell a la Argos - you go in, complete a slip, pay a go.

Worth a quick google when you're looking for electrical etc.

Screwfix is indeed under the same umbrella as b+q it was bought by the holding company kingfisher and the people who started screwfix started up again as toolstation

They have sold it again to travis perkins

thats the same concept everywhere you go though. one company say one price, the other says the same but more

look at that Eurocarparts and their sister site carparts4less

Even when i worked in currys when i left school, sold one computer pcworld (dixons grp) sold the same but for more..

But yeah i agree ive visited screwfix to get some aerials and repeaters etc and they cheapest i found.
