Default Samsung galaxy xcover root access

Would anyone have a guide to root my galaxy xcover to gain more memory and speed? Running android version 2.3.6

Loads on You Tube David (see link) I was going to do the GF's Ace but she is going to get a new one.

Seem's quite a problem with some Samsung models this !

I have a total of six extra apps on it and its crying out that the memory is full even if some one of them need updating. Will have a look on youtube. Thanks lad.

It didn't post the link for some reason? Here it is :


The missus has to keep deleting apps and messages as the memory is 'full' shocking that you can't store them on the memory card.

I have the Galaxy S2 , loads of memory , the Ace is just pants.

youngest son had the ace for over a year and had hundreds of app's on it without an issue, i'm still using my galaxy s as i like it

Manage to root my phone. I've remove all the bloatware crap with titanium backup.
Now to try and overclock the thing to make it faster if its possible.

pop over to XDA - have done wildfires and desires via instructions from there.
No need to join just read and grab if you choose to ............

Search for universal gb root on Google copy it to SD card put phone into the recovery mode select the zip file job done takes a minute if that.did it to mine this morning after doing the Samsung update, if you can't find it I can email it
